He started his career in 1986 with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, in the year 1996 he join Senior Process Engineer Quality Superintendent Site Quality Manager Asia Pacific Regional SH&E Manager and Operation Manager (Facility General Manager) with Cabot (M) Sdn Bhd. under Cabot Corporation, US-based multinational energy, and speciality chemical company.
In the year 2004, he joins as Professor Dean Deputy Vice-Chancellor [Research and Innovation] With Universiti Malaysia Pahang [Public university previously known as KUKTEM]
In the year 2007, he joins as Senior Manager – Operation & HSSE with SKS Refinery Sdn Bhd private local company
In the year 2009, he joined a Professor and Corporate Development and Quality Management Center with Universiti Malaysia Pahang Public university previously known as KUKTEM

Trainer in 1 technical areas Chemical Engineering particularly in the Scale-up of Fine/Specialty Chemicals Plant, HS&E, Rare Earth Processing Engineering, and Engineering Technology Education (2) other areas Leadership, Youth Motivation, and Parenting.

Scale-up of Chemical & Bio Processes HS&E of Chemical Plants Halal Collagen Production (Pilot Plant to Production) Quality Assurance & Control of Palm Oil Mill Engineering & Engineering Technology Education. Research grants totaling more than RM 200 million (~ USD 50 million) from 1986 – present.
